Our Purpose

Serve the community with dedication and integrity
Bridge the communication gap within the community by making known the academic and athletic progress of D9 schools.
Build strong partnerships for the development and continued growth of the District 9 schools.
Create programs (i.e. scholarships, volunteers, mentorship) to enhance the education experience for all students in District 9.
Collaborate with the Constituent School Board, Student Improvement Council, and PTS

It’s Goin DOWN!!

BICA is excited to announce its very first Fall Festival, and you wont want to miss it! Join us for flag football, a battle of the grill masters, and fun activities for the whole family. All proceeds will support the DS-9 Schools of the Barrier Islands.

Grill Competition

If you believe you have the skills to be named the Barrier Islands Grill Champion, consider entering the contest to showcase your talents.

Vendors

If you are a vendor interested in showcasing your business, this is a great opportunity for you to attend.

Prices are as follows:

Entrance Fee $5 (Children 3 and under: Free)
